This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a consultation, schedule a session, enroll, or contact us, you may give us a parent or guardian's name, a student's name, email address, phone number, current grade, school, program interests, and any message you write.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our website and its tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on site, and the page that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information. If you pay online, payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
For enrolled students, we may collect information regarding artistic experience, portfolios, project feedback, skill assessments, and personal goals shared by the student or family to help us tailor our instruction, mentorship, and studio guidance..
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations and sessions, enroll students and deliver our programs, communicate with families about progress and logistics, process payments, improve our website and programs, and meet legal obligations. If you opt in to marketing messages, we may send you updates about programs and events. You can opt out at any time.
3. Students and minors
Our programs serve high school students, most of whom are under 18. We ask that a parent or guardian submit enrollment information and contact forms on a minor's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
4. Student academic information and school portals
We treat student academic information as confidential. We use it only to support the student's learning and only with a parent or guardian's permission. If a family gives us access to a school portal in order to support homework and grade monitoring, we use that access only for that purpose. We ask families to use the access method the school allows and never ask staff to share login details with others.

6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our business (website hosting, scheduling, email, payment processing, and analytics), with our teachers and staff who need it to serve the student, when you ask us to, when the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our students, staff, and website.
7. Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or system is completely secure. We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and business requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
