The OCSA Prep class helps students develop essential design skills and prepares them for the Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) Design program. Students will work on creating a strong portfolio, exploring various design disciplines, and building their creative abilities. Through hands-on projects and expert feedback, they’ll refine their skills for the OCSA design audition.​

 

Course Objectives/Skills:

Develop a strong and cohesive portfolio tailored for OCSA Design program

Gain proficiency in key design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography

Explore various design disciplines such as graphic design, product design, and environmental design

Enhance creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking abilities
