Figure Study III teaches students to use the Anders Zorn Palette to achieve realistic skin tones and light/shadow effects. Students will begin by painting facial features such as eyes, noses, and lips, then create a full portrait. The course also refines painting techniques for hands, arms, and legs, followed by a 3-week classical figure study based on a master artist’s work. The course concludes with an illustrative figure painting study, focusing on modern color mixing, line weight, and new techniques for dynamic expression.

이 수업에서는 Anders Zorn 팔레트를 활용해 사실적인 피부톤과 빛·그림자 표현을 배우게 됩니다. 학생들은 먼저 눈, 코, 입 등 얼굴의 세부 특징을 그리며 색과 명암을 연습하고, 이후 완성도 높은 초상화로 발전시켜요. 또한 손, 팔, 다리 등 인체의 다른 부분을 그리는 회화 기법을 익히고, 3주간 거장 작품을 기반으로 한 고전 인체 드로잉 실습을 진행합니다. 마지막에는 현대적인 색 혼합, 선의 강약, 그리고 새로운 표현 기법을 활용한 일러스트 스타일 인체 회화 프로젝트로 마무리하며, 표현력과 색감 감각을 한층 발전시킵니다.
