Figure Study II builds on the Loomis and Riley methods for portrait drawing, focusing on facial feature construction through shape analysis. Students will study advanced Bargue Plates, improve accuracy, and learn anatomy for arms, hands, legs, and feet. The course includes a 3-week figure study, copying a master artist and practicing shading techniques. It concludes with live model figure and portrait drawing, using vine and charcoal for quick sketches, refining observation and drawing skills.

인체 드로잉 심화 II는 루미스(Loomis)와 라일리(Riley) 기법을 기반으로 초상 드로잉 능력을 발전시키는 심화 과정입니다. 학생들은 형태 분석을 통해 얼굴의 구조와 세부 요소를 정확하게 구성하는 방법을 배우며, 더욱 정교한 인물 표현 능력을 기릅니다. 수업에서는 심화 바르그 플레이트(Bargue Plate) 연구를 통해 관찰력과 정확도를 향상시키고, 팔, 손, 다리, 발의 해부학적 구조를 이해하고 적용하는 방법을 학습합니다. 또한 3주간의 인체 연구 프로젝트를 진행하며, 거장 작품 모사와 명암 표현 연습을 통해 형태, 빛, 입체감 표현 능력을 발전시킵니다. 마지막 단계에서는 실제 모델을 대상으로 인체 및 초상 드로잉을 진행하며, 비네 차콜(vine charcoal)과 목탄을 활용한 빠른 스케치 연습을 통해 관찰력과 드로잉 표현력을 더욱 향상시킵니다.
